
As a follow-up to their exposure to primary colors, kindergarten is exploring the color mixing process to create secondary colors. Taking inspiration from Wassily Kandinsky's circles, students created concentric circles with primary colors and mixed them to create the secondary center circle. This exercise in color mixing is combining the student's knowledge in not only colors but also their fine motor skills when drawing and painting in small, precise areas.
